How It Works
After purchasing the Comprehensive Health Check package, a program coordinator will contact you within 3 days to arrange the dates for your tests and consultations. The coordinator will provide you with all the necessary information about the procedures and preparations. Please note that the package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Once the hospital admission date is scheduled, you will receive a health status questionnaire, and a teleconsultation with a doctor will be arranged to discuss your preparation for the tests. The health check is conducted during a multi-day hospital stay, where all tests and consultations with doctors are carried out according to a carefully planned schedule.
If during the qualification process it is determined that there are contraindications for certain tests, they will not be performed. Instead, the attending physician may suggest alternative tests or consultations tailored to your individual needs.
After completing the health check, you will have a consultation with your attending physician, where you will receive the test results along with a diagnosis and recommendations for further action. Additionally, 21 days after discharge from the hospital, a teleconsultation with the doctor will be scheduled to discuss any test results that are not immediately available.
After purchasing the package, please fill out the survey available in the "Documents" tab. Two versions of the survey are available:
- Interactive: You can fill it out directly on your computer and then print it out.
- Traditional: To be printed and filled out by hand.
If you prefer, you can also receive the survey on-site at the hospital.
