For blood tests, report on an empty stomach in the morning to the chosen facility during the hours of operation of the Intake Point. It is advisable to avoid alcohol 2-3 days before the test and no coffee or tea should be consumed 12 hours before the test. If possible, it is advisable to perform the test before taking morning medication - unless otherwise advised by your doctor. In the morning, it is recommended to drink a glass of water and remain at rest for 10-15 minutes before the examination.

Preparation for abdominal ultrasound

The day before the examination, it is recommended to follow an easily digestible diet, excluding vegetables, fruits, dark bread, without carbonated and sweetened liquids (you can drink still water). In addition, taking Espumisan 3x2 tablets to remove air from the intestines. You should report for the examination on an empty stomach-at least 6h hours without food or drink. On the day of the examination, do not smoke or chew gum.

Preparation for resting ECG with description

Before the test, do not lubricate the skin with lotions and oils - this can impede the function of the electrodes. The day before the test, you are advised not to consume alcohol or do intense exercise. At least 30 minutes before the examination you should not drink coffee, consume cigarettes and should avoid heavy meals. You should come to the examination at least 10 minutes earlier to calm down and calm down before the examination.
