Mgr Aneta Kosoń Mgr Aneta Kosoń is a psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in couples and family therapy, as well as eating disorders. She holds a Master's degree from the Department of Psychology at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, where she specialized in clinical psychology and health. She has also completed training at the Institute of Applied Psychology, obtaining the title of Psychotherapist specializing in family therapy and addiction therapy. Her therapeutic approach is based on the integration of various techniques that are tailored to the individual needs of the patient and the stage of the psychotherapy process. Her knowledge is based on scientific research and clinical experience gained while working at the Clinic for Neuroses, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw. She is also the coordinator of the educational offer at the European Center for Education and Brain Research as part of the specialization in clinical psychology. She is a Solution-Focused Brief Therapist (SFBT), who helps patients achieve a specific goal, tap into their resources and potential, and enhance their belief in their own capabilities. Her goal is to achieve lasting change in the shortest possible time. In addition, she is also a dietitian, who completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the Institute of Medical Sciences at the Warsaw School of Entrepreneurship, specializing in dietary counseling in the field of medical and health sciences.
