Dr. med. Elżbieta Rusiecka-Kuczałek is an internist and endocrinologist. For two terms, she was the Chairperson of the Regional Medical Court, a delegate to the National and Regional Medical Congresses, and a member of the ethics commission at the Supreme Medical Chamber. She has been a member of the Regional Medical Court for six terms. She is also a member of the social council of the Senior Doctor's Home and the Healthcare Employee's Home in Warsaw.
She is a teacher to several generations of doctors - under her guidance, over 30 doctors have obtained specialization in internal medicine and 8 doctors have obtained subspecialization in endocrinology. Dr. med. Elżbieta Rusiecka-Kuczałek has been awarded, among others, the Silver and Gold Cross of Merit, the Medal of the 15th Anniversary of the Medical Self-Government, the Laudabilis distinction, the Medal of Dr. Jerzy Moskwa, and the Medal of Prof. Jan Nielubowicz.
