Lumbar spine MRI (L-S) is an imaging test that provides a detailed evaluation of the spine's structure, including intervertebral discs, joints, ligaments, and the spinal cord. In the non-contrast version, the test is performed without using any chemical substances, making it a safe procedure, especially for individuals who cannot receive contrast agents.
Who is it for
This service is intended for individuals who experience back pain, have spinal problems such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative changes, or injuries. Lumbar spine MRI without contrast is also useful in diagnosing the causes of lower back pain and issues related to the spinal cord and nerve roots.
